  1. I have been working at eating more organic food for the last two years and this year I want to eat and cook with more fresh fruits and vegtables so am always on the look out for good recipes - especially for vegtables as I don't care for them so much.

  2. Our family is gradually making steps to eating more organic. Including buying more local produce from truly conscientious farmers, as well as growing and raising our own!

  3. I definitely try to add more organic foods to my diet all of the time. I have lived in Alaska the past few years, which makes it quite difficult to find local and organic, but I think it's worth it. And now, I'm back down in Oregon, which makes it that much easier. by Amanda chihulyme *at* yahoo *dot* com

  4. Umm YA I wanna copy! This book looks A-MAZING! I have a CSA subscription and try to make the bulk of our family meals come from the veggies I get at that purely organic farm. Although, I really don't know what to do with some of the vegetables I get so a new cook book would be awesome to help me out!

  5. I have made a commitment to try to get to the farmers markets in my area more often, so supplement our produce from the garden.
    This cookbook looks great!

  6. Love Carrie's site...and would LOVE her cookbook! My husband and I are in the process of switching to organic. The first step is shopping at Whole Foods...they have so many great organic offerings.

  7. I am dealing with allergy problems. I will be switching to all organic foods as I am trying to decide if I have a food allergy and normal foods introduce pesticides etc. in the the system.

  8. Ooh, I would love this cookbook!!! I want to purchase more organic meats and dairy, especially for my children. I am going to a local farmers market this weekend and using a Groupon (coupon) to purchase local grass-fed beef. Can't wait to try it. If we like it, we plan on splitting a cow (that sounds so bad) with some friends :).

  9. I just switched to organic pasta. Thinking about the move to organic rice, since we eat these a lot.

  10. I eat a lot of organic already as a member of two CSAs and am always looking for new cooking ideas. But winter in Wisconsin is tough, so in 2011 I'd like to add more gardening, then can and freeze more. Time to get some seedlings going! You can reach me here: info at springmorningbodycare dot com

  11. We already eat mostly organic thanks to our CSA and year-round farmers' markets. The last few things I want to switch over, though, are sugars (rapidura, here I come!) and ALL dairy products (husband, this means you).
