  9. My crockpot cooking has been very limited (mostly recipes that neighbors or relatives have shared with me), but my family loves Stroganoff, Beef Au Jus, Chicken Chili, Ministrone, etc.

I'd really love to win this and make my cooking a little easier over the next year! We have a 3 year old and a 3 month old, and dinner seems to be a calamity of crying baby, toddler who wants Mommy and/or Daddy to play, a hubby who is starving, and me feeling frazzled... I've heard crockpot cooking makes dinner (and life) much easier, and I'd love to go through the cookbook and explore all the recipes to make life easier! I have a blog, and it would be a blast to try a few things then post about them.

Thanks for the great giveaway! Good luck everyone!
